Deathstroke’s Daughter Has a Chance to Save the World

The DC Universe is about to be thrown into a world of abject terror this summer as part of the Knight Terrors event. In a line of miniseries and two-shots, a number of iconic DC characters are about to face their worst nightmares in this horror-themed summer blockbuster spearheaded by DC architect Joshua Williamson. Williamson has also been key in revitalizing Ravager during the Infinite Frontier era, where she co-starred in Williamson’s Robin series. Rose Wilson has most recently been Damian Wayne’s ally and her own father’s enemy. Now, she’s an official member of Stormwatch – and seemingly a key player in Knight Terrors. Rose will also star in some amazing art, including covers by Jeff Spokes, Tony Shasteen, and James Stokoe, above.

The art also makes it clear that Knight Terrors: Ravager will dive headfirst into the truly fun potential of a nightmarish event that has the potential to explore every horror trope going. Given her skills and heroic instincts, Ravager more than deserves the spotlight, and the increased prominence that saving Earth could bring her. And now is a better time than ever for Rose to step out of her father’s shadow, as the recent Dark Crisis event saw him betray all of reality – indeed, it makes sense that the Slaughter Squadron Rose will be facing all wear her father’s armor.

Between joining Stormwatch and getting her own Knight Terrors two-shot, Deathstroke‘s daughter Ravager may be about to have a bigger impact on the DCU than anyone could have expected.

Knight Terrors: Ravager #2 is available August 1 from DC Comics!
