All IFAK Locations In Warzone 2 DMZ

IFAK are items that players have to find for mission goals in Warzone 2 DMZ, but all the locations of these objects are hard to find in random drops.

Individual First Aid Kits, or IFAKs, are special mission items that players might have to collect in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0‘s DMZ by tracking down all their locations on a map. Factions may give players the “Health Conscious” objective that forces them to find enough IFAKs before extraction. Since other players could also be hunting for this special item, they will have to keep at least a few IFAK in their equipment slots when leaving a match.

Players can carry more IFAK by earning Stash Expansions in Warzone 2, unlocked when Reputation Levels increase with different Factions. Tasks from the Upgrade menu tell players what missions must be completed to gain these Expansions. However, only the Black Mous and Crown Factions give these objectives, unlike upgrades to the Wallet, which the White Lotus organization offers.

How To Find Every IFAK in Warzone 2 DMZ

Call of Duty Warzone 2.0 Medicine Cabinet Loot Cache that Might Have an IFAK for Faction Mission

An IFAK spawns in random locations across any map, but players can find these items the most among medicine cabinets and first aid kits scattered within Warzone 2‘s DMZ. The Al Mazrah and Vondel maps both have buildings with kitchens that sometimes host a medicine cabinet or two. However, one of the best places for finding IFAKs is the Ashika Island map, where the Beach Club area has at least two IFAKs that players can pick up.

The Beach Club is considered a Stronghold in the DMZ or an area controlled by a large collection of AI enemies that players will have to eliminate to pick up at least one IFAK.

Other rooms, like bathrooms in residential areas, may have an IFAK, but players should keep in mind that these items do not restore health during a match. Players may sell an IFAK for around $100 for other perks or items to find other fast ways to earn money in Warzone 2‘s DMZ. Taking down enemies like the Bullfrog or defending IFAKs against other players can be much easier with better gear.

Extracting with an IFAK contributes to any faction mission, yet players drop this item for enemy players to grab if they are killed within a match. Players are recommended to take the fastest route toward an extraction point when they have enough aid kits. All the IFAK locations in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 could be fairly close to these escape points, but players will have to stay alive until a helicopter arrives to leave the match.
